Below are 7 picks across Sarawak, Penang, KL and Ipoh, checked 19 October 2026.

In this article

Johor and the rest

We could not confirm a Johor-specific restaurant in Singapore on its own page, so there is no Johor pick yet. If you are crossing over, our JB one-day family itinerary covers where to go. For a Sarawak meal you can book, Eventful Tables lists KANTIN with free booking.
