KANTIN serves Sarawakian and Borneo-inspired food on Level 5 of Jewel Changi Airport, at #05-206/207. Its listed menu includes Sarawak Laksa at $24, a Headhunter Pansuh Set at $32 and a sharing platter at $168.
Start with the Sarawak Laksa if you want a noodle meal, or the Headhunter Pansuh Set for chicken and wild vegetables cooked in bamboo. They are different ways into the menu, so choose the format you actually feel like eating.

The listed Rainforest Fried Rice and Superdry Laksa are $20 each. Jungle Pasta is $23, while the Headhunter Feast Platter is $168 and described for three to five people. These are menu prices, not a promised final bill; check applicable charges and current prices when ordering.

The address is 78 Airport Boulevard, #05-206/207, Jewel Changi Airport, Singapore 819666. Go to Level 5, rather than looking for it in a terminal food court.
Jewel is in the public area of Changi Airport. You do not need a flight to eat here. If you are flying, leave enough time for the journey to your terminal and your airline’s check-in or boarding requirements.
How to book a table
Open KANTIN on Eventful Tables, choose your date and party size, then select an available time. The current online party limit is eight. Opening hours published elsewhere can differ from the times available for reservations, so use the booking page for your visit.
KANTIN currently has no discounted booking timings on Eventful. Booking a table does not reserve a particular dish or guarantee a specific view.
