Jem has 90 places to eat, directly connected to Jurong East MRT by its own description. Almost half of them, 44, are in the Basement 1 food hall, and 33 are flagged halal in Jem's own store directory.

Basement 1 is the fast lane: kiosks, bakeries, chicken rice and bak kut teh. Level 1 opens onto Jem Street, the outdoor row with Starbucks, McDonald's and Aburi-EN. Levels 3 and 4 are the sit-down restaurants, including IKEA's restaurant. Level 5 has the Kopitiam Food Hall on the same floor as the Jem Play playground. Every unit number below comes from Jem's own directory, which Lendlease runs.

The list, floor by floor

Quick answers

How do I get to Jem by MRT?

Take the train to Jurong East, EW24 and NS1, the interchange of the East West and North South Lines. Jem's own site says the mall is directly connected to the station. By bus, the interim Jurong East Bus Interchange, linked by overpass, is a 5 minute walk, and by car it is Exit 27 on the PIE or Exit 11 on the AYE.

What time does Jem open and close?

Jem's Access Guide gives 10am to 10pm daily; shop pages carry no hours of their own. The Concierge on Basement 2 runs 12pm to 9.30pm and takes questions on +65 6225 5536.

Is there halal food at Jem?

Yes. 33 of the 90 places to eat at Jem are flagged halal certified in the mall's own store directory: 4Fingers Crispy Chicken, Auntie Anne's, Boost Juice Bar, Crave, D'Penyetz, Delifrance, Famous Amos, Go-Ang Pratunam Chicken Rice, Gyo Gyo, Lee Wee & Brothers, McDonald's, Melvados, Monster Planet, Mr Bean, Old Chang Kee, Paris Baguette, PastaMania, Pepper Lunch, Polar Puffs & Cakes, Potato Corner, Rumah Sayang, SMOOY, So Pho, Steak 99, Stuff'd, SUKIYA, Talad Thai Banana, The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, The Soup Spoon, Twyst, Wingstop, WOK HEY and XW Western Grill. We re-check that list daily, but certification is the shop's to hold, so look for the certificate at the counter if it matters to you.

How much is parking at Jem?

From Jem's own site: Monday to Thursday, $2.18 for the first hour, then $0.55 for every 15 minutes. Friday to Sunday and public holidays, $2.73 for the first hour, then $0.65 for every 15 minutes. From 6pm it is $3.27 per entry every day. Motorcycles pay $1.64 per entry. Those rates have applied since 1 January 2024. Prices include 9% GST. There are 669 car park lots on B2 and B3, entrance on Jurong Gateway Road.

Is Jem good for kids?

Yes. Jem Play on Level 5 is a honeycomb-themed playground with dry and water play, by the mall's own site, and the Kopitiam Food Hall is on the same floor. Family rooms with feeding rooms and diaper changing are on Basement 1, Level 3 and Level 5.

Where can I eat near Jem besides the mall?

Jurong Point at Boon Lay is three stops west on the East West Line and has 144 places to eat, and Westgate is next door to Jem. Both have their own guides on Eventful.
