Three bottles of premium wine matched to your result on a six-question quiz. One personality card. One random gift. Hand-packed and sealed by the Cellarbration cellar team, delivered to your door anywhere in Singapore within 3 working days, Monday to Friday.

$129 divided by three bottles is $43 a bottle, and that is before the card and the gift, which have no price tag at all. GST is already in the $129. Delivery is already in. Nothing is added at checkout, and there is no subscription behind it: one box, one payment, done. Checkout is Shopify with PayNow, Apple Pay or cards. What we will not do is put a worth $X number on the box. The bottles are never named before delivery, so any value we printed would be a guess dressed up as a fact.

The delivery line, compared

Free delivery is the quiet part of the maths, so we checked what a $129 basket costs to ship elsewhere, on each shop's own site, on 7 October 2026.

Wine Connection: standard 2-hour delivery is $20 per location for orders below $180, free above. 1855 The Bottle Shop: $20 for orders below $200, free from $200. Benchmark Wines: S$15 for orders below S$149, free above. On all three, a $129 order pays for delivery.

Cellarbration's own site says always free delivery with no minimum purchase, so the free delivery here is their normal rule, not a special. That is the honest reading: delivery is not a reason to buy the box, it just means $129 is the whole number and not the starting one.

The risk question: who picks, who packs

You do not pick the bottles. The quiz sorts you into one of five collections, and the Cellarbration cellar team picks the three bottles for it, packs them, adds the gift and seals the box. Cellarbration has been selling wine and spirits since 2012 and runs 9 retail shops islandwide, so the people choosing know what every bottle on their shelves costs.

That is where the risk sits. You risk not knowing the bottles until you open the box, and you risk a collection you would not have chosen yourself if you answer the quiz carelessly. You do not risk a price surprise, because every collection is the same $129, and you do not risk a box nobody checked, because the same team that packs it is the one that would have sold you the bottles on their own site.

The box is non-customisable. No swaps after you pay, no choosing the gift.

Who it suits, and who should buy elsewhere

It suits you if you stand in the wine aisle and leave with the bottle that had the nicest label. If you are buying a gift and want the surprise to be real. If you host and want three bottles you can talk about, because the personality card explains why each one is there. Or if you just like being picked for.

It does not suit you if you want to choose your own bottle. Say that plainly: if you already know you want a specific wine, a specific grape or a specific colour, buy it from cellarbration.com.sg directly. Same cellar, free delivery with no minimum on their site, and you get exactly what you asked for. The mystery box is not a cheaper way to buy a known bottle, it is a different product.

It also does not suit you if you need it tonight. Delivery takes up to 3 working days, Monday to Friday, in daytime windows, because alcohol cannot be delivered in Singapore between 10.30pm and 7am. And it is not for anyone under 18: someone of legal drinking age must receive the box and photo ID may be checked at the door.
