November BTO: Sembawang Anchor Has a 2-Year-10-Month Wait
HDB has named Sembawang Anchor as November’s shorter-wait project: 1,310 flats with a waiting time of two years and 10 months. The announcement was released on 1 November 2026.

Three projects to compare
Sembawang Anchor will offer two-room Flexi, three-, four- and five-room flats between Admiralty Lane and Sembawang Drive. Planned on-site amenities include a preschool, eating house, supermarket and shops.
Bayshore Oasis will offer 855 flats, while Tengah’s Plantation Dew will offer 710. Both have stated waiting times of three years and two months.
A new five-room layout option
Plantation Dew will extend the White Flat option to five-room flats for the first time. These layouts omit partitions between living and bedroom spaces.
