More than Human Opens at ArtScience Museum on 28 Nov
More than Human: Making With the Living World opens at ArtScience Museum on 28 November 2026 and runs until 16 May 2027. The Asian debut brings more than 140 works exploring design that considers plants, animals and ecosystems.

What is new in the Singapore edition
Announced on 28 October, the exhibition expands the Design Museum London show with 25 works co-curated for Singapore. Local contributions include NParks’ Bee Trail, fish-house research from NUS and Southeast Asian fish traps from the Asian Civilisations Museum.

Wetlands, beavers and gardens for pollinators
Highlights named in the museum’s announcement include Jakob Kudsk Steensen’s digital wetland installation Berl-Berl, Aki Inomata’s sculptures based on wood gnawed by beavers, and Alexandra Daisy Ginsberg’s pollinator-focused tapestry. The question running through them is practical: what changes when humans are not the only intended users of a design?
