Molly Tea Raffles Place: Opening Promos and the Singapore Land Tower Outlet
Molly Tea opened its second Singapore outlet on 11 May 2026 at Singapore Land Tower, #01-02C, 50 Raffles Place, right at Raffles Place MRT. The opening promos were 12% off its top six signature drinks on 11 and 12 May, then 1-for-1 on the same six from 13 to 15 May. Both are over; the outlet and the queues are not.
What the opening promos were
Two stages, both on the six signature drinks only. 11 and 12 May: 12% off. 13 to 15 May: 1-for-1, which is the one that produced the CBD lunch queues you saw on TikTok. It followed the same playbook as the Orchard Central launch in March, and if you missed both, Molly Tea's later student buddy 50% off deal in August was the next real discount.
The outlet: hours, size, where
Singapore Land Tower, #01-02C, 50 Raffles Place, S048623. Over 2,000 square feet, which the brand calls its largest CBD store anywhere, with the same red and wood fit-out as Orchard Central. Hours are built for office workers: 9am to 9pm Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm Saturday, closed Sunday. Raffles Place MRT is right outside.
Our take: the jasmine milk tea is the order, and the 3pm to 4pm window on a weekday is dead, so that is when to go. Lunch hour is a 20 minute line even without a promo.
Good to know
· Closed on Sundays. Saturday closes at 5pm.
· Skip 12pm to 1.30pm on weekdays. The CBD lunch crowd queues here.
