When we spotted Meiji's High Protein milk at NTUC FairPrice in February 2026, all three flavours were going for $3.75 a bottle until 31 March 2026, against a usual price of $4.95. The Original flavour has 32g of protein in a 350ml bottle. That first promo ended, but FairPrice's online store has it back at $3.75 for October 2026.
Three flavours, all low fat and no sugar added. From the labels and our post at the time: Original was 180kcal and 32g protein, Chocolate was 179kcal and 30g, Green Tea was 165kcal and 30g. All three were $3.75 on promo.
For other chiller-aisle drinks we have looked at, Rokeby's $3.95 protein smoothie deal is the closest comparison.
At $4.95 the Original works out to about 15 cents a gram of protein. At $3.75 it drops to about 12 cents. That beats Rokeby at its promo price, and it is a smaller bottle at 350ml, so it is easier to finish after the gym.
Powder is still cheaper per gram. You are paying for it being cold, ready and already in your hand.
On 1 October 2026, FairPrice's online store listed all three flavours, Original, Chocolate and Green Tea, at $3.75 with a usual price of $4.95, on an offer marked to run until 1 November 2026. The listing says the drink is made in Thailand, halal, and rated Nutri-Grade B.
The bottles now carry a 10-cent deposit on top of the price. That is Singapore's Beverage Container Return Scheme, which started on 1 April 2026. You get the 10 cents back when you return the empty bottle at a return point.
· Online and in-store prices can differ. The October offer above is from the FairPrice online listing.
· Budget the extra 10-cent deposit per bottle, and return the empties to get it back.
· Original has the most protein of the three, 32g against 30g.
The usual price is $4.95 for 350ml. It was $3.75 on promo until 31 March 2026, and FairPrice's online store listed it at $3.75 again in October 2026, plus a 10-cent bottle deposit.
Original has 32g of protein per 350ml bottle. Chocolate and Green Tea have 30g each, going by the bottles we saw.
FairPrice's product listing marks it as halal.
Since 1 April 2026, drinks in plastic and metal containers carry a 10-cent refundable deposit under Singapore's Beverage Container Return Scheme. You get it back when you return the empty.
