McDonald's Curry Sauce Bottle Singapore: Still on Sale, $8.90 or $5.50

McDonald's Curry Sauce Bottle Singapore: Still on Sale, $8.90 or $5.50

McDonald's Singapore sells its curry sauce by the bottle: $8.90 ala carte, or $5.50 with any meal. It went on sale on 9 July 2026 at 11am as part of the Curry Burgers menu co-created with Old Chang Kee, and as of 18 August 2026 McDonald's still lists it. There is no published end date, only the usual while stocks last, and stock has always been per outlet.

How much the curry sauce bottle costs

$8.90 on its own, or $5.50 with any meal purchase. Those are McDonald's own numbers from its Curry Burgers page, and the bottle went on sale at 11am on Thursday 9 July 2026 in restaurants, on the McDonald's app, GrabFood and foodpanda. At $5.50 you are paying roughly what a dozen dipping tubs would cost, without having to negotiate with the counter for extras. The bottle sits alongside the two Curry Burgers it was launched with, the Curry Potato Chicken Burger and the Rendang Curry Beef Burger, both co-created with Old Chang Kee. If you are chasing fast food deals more generally, we track them in our National Day food deals roundup.

Can you still buy one?

Checked again on 18 August 2026, McDonald's Curry Burgers page is still live and still lists the Curry Sauce Bottle at $5.50 with a meal and $8.90 ala carte. McDonald's never published an end date for it, only the standard while stocks last, and there has been no islandwide sold-out announcement. What that means in practice is unchanged from day one: stock sits with individual outlets, not centrally. The only reliable check is the McDonald's app, GrabFood or foodpanda, which show live per-outlet availability. If it is missing from all three in your area, try a different neighbourhood before writing it off.

The three merch drops, and the 27 July mix-up

The bottle was the first of three lunch-themed items, each with its own start date. The Curry Sauce Bottle landed 9 July from 11am. The Insulated Lunch Bag followed on 23 July from 11am, at $9.90 with any meal purchased. The Lunch Bag Charm arrived 27 July from 3pm and is members-only: you redeem it with 1,500 MyM Rewards points in the McDonald's app, at selected stores. Worth clearing up, because it has been repeated as fact online, 27 July was the charm's start date, not the day the campaign ended.

The bottle designs

McDonald's promo art showed four designs, and the fine print says they are distributed at random and subject to availability. You do not get to pick. Collectors chasing the full set were buying multiple times or trading, which is exactly how these runs usually go here.

What else is on the Curry Burgers menu

The bottle is one part of a bigger drop. Alongside the two burgers there are Curry McShaker Fries, tossed in curry seasoning at the counter, plus a Pineapple Coconut Pie, a Mango Cone and Spicy Jalapeno Chicken McNuggets. The burgers come single or double. All of it is after breakfast hours and while stocks last, which is the same caveat the bottle carries.

Why a condiment became a national event

McDonald's curry sauce has folk status in Singapore in a way it does not have in most markets. It is the sauce people ask for extra tubs of, get refused, and complain about online. Selling it by the bottle was less a product launch than a peace offering.

At a glance

🗓️When: From 9th July, 11am
💸Prices spotted: $8.90, $5.50

Good to know

· Check the McDonald's app or a delivery app first. Stock is per outlet, never islandwide.

· The $5.50 price only applies with a meal. On its own the bottle is $8.90.

· Designs come at random, so if you want a specific one you are buying more than one.
