What was in the Mac 'N Cheesy Wrap

A fried mac and cheese patty, nacho cheese sauce, scrambled egg and your pick of chicken sausage or chicken ham, rolled in a wholegrain tortilla. McDonald's own page called it a fan favourite and the packaging said back by popular demand, so this was a return run, not a debut.

When it ran, and is it still available

It came back on 22 January 2026 as a breakfast-hours item, sold alongside the classic Breakfast Wraps. By May 2026 McDonald's Singapore's breakfast wrap page was leading with a new Cheesy Mushroom Wrap instead.

When we checked on 7 October 2026, the breakfast menu listed only the regular Breakfast Wrap in chicken sausage and chicken ham, and the old wraps page no longer loads. So the mac and cheese version is gone for now. It has come back once already, which is the best news we have for fans.
