The audio warehouse sale at SKM Industrial Building, 60 Marsiling Road, ran for four days from 4 to 7 December 2025, 9am to 6pm, and it has ended. This is the walk-through from our second video: JBL and Harman Kardon demo units marked up to 90% off, loose speakers in plastic bags from $24, and a spin-the-wheel for anyone who spent $500.
The front racks were boxed stock, mostly JBL headphones and earbuds, with Harman Kardon mixed in. The more interesting part was further in. Long tables of speakers sealed in plastic bags, each with a handwritten label saying the model and the condition, like "Good, Charge 5" or "Pulse 5".
That table is where our video put the price at as low as $24, limited stocks. The caption said items started from $10, so the cheapest stuff was probably accessories, not speakers. A sign at the demo corner said up to 90% off, which is higher than the up to 80% everywhere else. No showroom, no air-con to speak of, just a covered loading yard with fans on the ceiling and people turning speakers over in their hands.
The $500 spin and the sure-win gifts
Spend $500 and you got one spin on a red prize wheel. The top prize on display was a JBL mahjong set in a red carry case, tiles, chips and dice included. Below that, a whiteboard listed the sure-win gifts: a thermal bag, a JBL carabiner, a JBL tumbler, a multi-use pouch, a 65W adaptor and a JBL Quantum mousepad. T&Cs applied, as the board said.Photo: Eventful (@eventful_sg)A mahjong set from a speaker brand is a strange flex. It was also the thing people stopped to film, which we suspect was the point.
Getting there, for next time
SKM Industrial Building is at 60 Marsiling Road, Singapore 739107, near Republic Polytechnic. The nearest MRT is Woodlands, and the sale had free parking in the compound, which matters if you are carrying a PartyBox home.
We have not seen a new date for this sale. If it comes back, the bagged demo tables are where the real prices are, and they go first. Bring a phone with a decent song on it and test before you pay.
· Go on the first morning, the bagged demo units with the best labels go early.
· Ask to test a demo speaker before paying, the condition label is handwritten.
· Drive if you are buying anything big, parking at the compound was free.
