Which one should you go to?
Two of these, Jalan Besar and Changi North, sit inside food courts or sports centre food areas, going by their addresses. The flagship and Science Park are restaurants. If you want a proper sit-down with round tables, those are the two.
Science Park is the one with things we can confirm: a full sit-down menu, hours of 11am to 10pm daily, an events space, and online booking. Each outlet has its own Instagram account, so check the one near you for its hours.
What the Science Park outlet serves
The menu is Malaysian-style zi char: charcoal Hokkien noodles, a Malacca-style signature sauce fish, crab ten ways, plus a full vegetarian menu. Prices include GST, noodles start at $6 for one.
Famous JB101 at Science Park takes online bookings for 1 to 8 people. 10% off the whole bill on bookings from 5pm to 9.30pm, Monday to Friday. Each of those timings carries 20 discounted bookings. Once they are taken, the timing goes back to standard price, and the discount never runs on public holidays.
