Our healthy food ratings, Part 1: Supergreen 9/10, The Daily Cut 8.5/10, Stuff'd 8/10 and SaladStop! 7.5/10. The surprise winner was not a salad bar at all. A 7-Eleven Betagro chicken breast got 11/10, from someone who does not even like chicken breast. Healthy era starts now, apparently.
1. Supergreen, 9/10. Pretty good, and we love the teriyaki chicken.
2. The Daily Cut, 8.5/10. Good portion, but NOT the queue.
3. Stuff'd, 8/10. Ngl, we actually like this.
4. SaladStop!, 7.5/10. Good salad, not good for the wallet.
Bonus: 7-Eleven chicken breast, 11/10. Yes, it beat every salad bar on the list. More on that below. If you want our full Stuff'd order ranking, it is in Stuff'd menu rated, where the smoked salmon Daily Bowl got an 11.
Supergreen is a local salad bowl chain with 24 outlets on its own site, from Marina One and Raffles Place in the CBD out to The Star Vista, Northpoint and Parkway Parade. It is the one we would happily eat three times a week, and the teriyaki chicken is the reason.
Timely, too. Supergreen just opened at Westgate, #B2-08, and its own opening promo gives one extra portion of teriyaki chicken with every salad until 1 November 2026. That is our favourite topping, doubled, for free.
The Daily Cut gets 8.5 because the bowls are properly filling. The catch is the lunch queue. It only has three outlets, all in office buildings: One Raffles Place, Guoco Tower in Tanjong Pagar and Guoco Midtown II in Bugis. So at 12.30pm on a weekday you are queueing with half of Raffles Place.
Stuff'd is the surprise 8. It is a kebab, burrito and quesadilla chain first, but the Daily Bowl is a real healthy option, and there is a Stuff'd in almost every mall. Its own outlet list runs past 40 locations, from Jurong Point to Tampines Mall.
SaladStop! makes a good salad. It also makes a dent in your wallet, which is the whole 7.5. It has 13 outlets in Singapore on its own locations page and says it has more than 80 worldwide. Credit where it is due: its site shows calories for its signature bowls, Tuna San is listed at 375 kcal.
Then the bonus. The Betagro Tender Chicken Breast in garlic pepper is a 90g ready-to-eat pack, 104 kcal on the front of the packet, best served chilled. We do not even like chicken breast. This one is juicy, salty in the right way, and you can eat it standing at the 7-Eleven counter. 11/10. Our other 7-Eleven ratings are in 7-Eleven ready meals, rated.
· Supergreen Westgate gives an extra portion of teriyaki chicken with every salad until 1 Nov 2026.
· Going to The Daily Cut at lunch, go before 12pm or after 2pm. The office crowd is real.
· On a budget, the 7-Eleven chicken breast plus a fruit cup is the cheapest healthy lunch on this list.
· Part 2 is coming. Tell us on the post which healthy spot we missed.
