The big ticketed scares

Halloween Horror Nights 14, Universal Studios Singapore, Sentosa (Sentosa Express to Resorts World from VivoCity, HarbourFront MRT). 7.30pm to 12.30am. The nights left are 22, 23, 24, 29, 30 and 31 October and 1 November, and RWS lists all of them as peak, so it is $78 for standard admission. RWS does not recommend it for under-13s, and costume masks are not allowed. We covered the four houses in our HHN14 guide and did the maths on the Express Pass.

Haw Ror Villa 5, Haw Par Villa (Haw Par Villa MRT, Circle Line). Selected nights to 15 November, 6.30pm to midnight. The organiser says to come 30 minutes before your slot, and the Hell's Museum is closed for normal visits on event days. Prices are only on the ticket site, hawrorvilla.com. The most local-flavoured scare on this list, set in Haw Par Villa.

Haunted Ryokan Dinner at Colony, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, 7 Raffles Avenue (Promenade MRT). 31 October only, 6pm to 10.30pm. Colony's booking page lists it from $148++ a person, while its menu PDF says $158 an adult, so confirm when you book. There is a roving magician and dressing up is encouraged.

A Spooktacular Halloween Feast at Beach Road Kitchen, JW Marriott South Beach, 30 Beach Road (Esplanade MRT). A one-night Halloween buffet listed for a Saturday, date not stated on its page, 6pm to 10pm, $120++ an adult and $60++ a child, with face and hand painting for kids.

Halloween for kids and families

Trick or Thrills, Universal Studios Singapore. Daily to 1 November, 10am to 8pm, but only to 6pm on selected HHN nights, by RWS. A Minions show, Kuromi's Halloween debut and free sweets handed out around the park. More on what else RWS runs in our Festival of Thrills rundown.

Legend Keepers and Pool Party Panic, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Sentosa. Legend Keepers is a daytime hunt through local legends, daily to 1 November, 10am to 5pm (4pm on Saturdays), included with a One-Day Ticket. Pool Party Panic is a murder mystery after dark, 4pm to 8pm, with only 24 and 31 October left. RWS says it is not for young children. It is the one we would pick for teenagers.

The Mischief Within, Curiosity Cove, 80 Mandai Lake Road (no MRT, take the Mandai Khatib Shuttle from Khatib MRT). The daytime Boo-tiful Day runs daily to 1 November, 10am to 5.30pm, included with Curiosity Cove admission; crafts are $6 each or $15 for three and candy bags are $6. Sundown, the after-dark trail with a bubble show and parade, is on 23 to 25 October and 30 October to 1 November, 6.30pm to 9.30pm, with its own ticket.

Tanglin Mall, 163 Tanglin Road (Orchard Boulevard MRT). The Best Dressed Contest is on 31 October at 2.30pm, but both categories already say registration is full. The Spooky Shop Makeover runs 30 October to 1 November; pick up voting stickers at the Level 2 customer service counter before 3pm on 1 November. The slime potion record attempt is in the Level 1 atrium the same weekend, with passes for 100 Great Rewards points or a $30 same-day receipt. Redeem the points pass in the app beforehand; collection at the booth on 25 or 26 October, first 200 only.

Halloween parties for adults

Zouk PLAY DEAD, 3C River Valley Road (Clarke Quay MRT). 30 and 31 October, doors 10pm. Bassjackers headlines the Friday. Zouk says there is over S$10,000 in Best Dressed prizes across both nights, including $5,000 cash for the grand prize. Zouk's pages list 30 Oct at $45 (men) and $35 (women) general admission or $65 all access, and 31 Oct at $65, $55 and $80, drinks included.

A Quiet Room feat. Cirque Le Soir, Club Lounge at CÉ LA VI, Marina Bay Sands Hotel Tower 3 (Bayfront MRT). 31 October, 10pm till late. $48 before the night or $58 at the door, each with one premium house pour. 18 and above, QR e-ticket needed, no slippers, singlets or shorts for men. Costumes are encouraged.

Avenue Halloween Weekend, Marina Bay Sands, Basement 3 (Bayfront MRT). 30 and 31 October, doors 10pm, dress to impress. No ticket price on the listing.

Cheap community Halloween nights

Punggol Damai Halloween Spooktacular Night, 613 Punggol Drive multi-purpose hall (Damai LRT). 31 October, 7pm to 9pm, $5 a person on onePA. Small and local, which is the point.

Lost in Neverland: Halloween 2026, Tampines GreenRidges pavilion, Blk 604 (about 2km from Tampines West MRT). 31 October, 6.30pm to 9.30pm, $6 a ticket, with a Best Dressed contest for kids and adults. For other weekends, our October things-to-do guide has the rest.
