DBS PayLah gives 100% cashback of up to $3 every Saturday until 19 December 2026 when you scan and pay at participating hawkers, coffeeshops, wet markets and heartland shops. It starts at 6am and stops once 160,000 people have claimed it that day.
Your first eligible PayLah payment each Saturday gets 100% back, capped at $3. Pay $2.80 for kopi and kaya toast and you get $2.80 back. Pay $6 for chicken rice and you get $3.
One redemption per person per Saturday. DBS credits the cashback to your PayLah account the same day. There is no minimum spend, so the trick is making your first scan of the day a $3-or-more meal.
It opens at 6am and only the first 160,000 users each Saturday get it. When it runs out, the PayLah app shows a FULLY REDEEMED banner. Busy Saturdays can go before lunch, so breakfast is the safe bet.
The campaign covers every Saturday from 29 August to 19 December 2026. That leaves eight Saturdays from 31 October.
You must scan in person at the stall. DBS accepts SGQR, NETS QR or the merchant's own PayNow UEN. Paying a PayNow UEN that belongs to a third-party payment provider doesn't count, and neither does transferring to someone's personal number.
Easy test: if the QR shows the stall's business name, you're likely fine. Pair it with a cheap meal from our student food deals list, or the 1-for-1 food deals if you're eating somewhere fancier later.
· Make your first PayLah scan on Saturday a meal of $3 or more to get the full cashback.
· Go early. The 160,000 slots start at 6am and can run out.
· Scan the stall's own QR. Personal PayNow numbers don't count.
· Last Saturday is 19 December 2026.
The last Saturday is 19 December 2026. It runs every Saturday from 29 August 2026.
From 6am each Saturday, for the first 160,000 users, until fully redeemed.
100% of your first eligible payment that Saturday, capped at $3. A $2 purchase gets $2 back.
SGQR, NETS QR or the participating merchant's own PayNow UEN, scanned in person. Third-party payment provider UENs are excluded.
