Curiosity Cove 2026: Hours, Current Prices and the Grip Sock Rule

What changed since our launch post

When we posted it on 5 November 2025, the sheet was $48 for a 2-hour slot, $28 for 1 hour, and $68 for an all-day pass sold online only. That is all in our launch price guide.

A year on, the ticket page leads with 2-hour and full-day tickets, and the weekday deal got better: the regular-day 2-hour ticket now covers the whole day. Residents pay $43 on regular weekdays and $45 on peak days, with full-day access at $64 on weekends and holidays. Non-residents pay $48, or $68 for a full peak day.

Add-ons and bundles

For residents, a second child is $29 on a regular day, $31 on a peak 2-hour slot and $41 for a peak full day. An extra adult is $14, $15 or $24. Seniors are $14, or $18 for a peak full day.

If you will go back, the Play Dates bundles are the cheaper way in: three regular-day sessions for $110, or six for $210, shareable with family and friends. Extra time on-site is $20 an hour for the adult and child pair.

Rules that catch people out

Grip socks for everyone, adults included. Bring your own or buy at the entrance. It is a shoeless space and the exit is at the other end from the shoe racks.

One adult can watch up to two kids, so three kids means a second adult. Strollers stay at Guest Services. From 1 October to 1 November 2026, the 5.30pm session is off on selected Fridays to Sundays because of a Halloween event.

Older kids who outgrow it can do Rainforest Wild Adventure East on the same trip.
