Cheese Bar in Singapore: Boards, Raclette and Truffle Brie at Cheeselads

Cheeselads at 117 Tyrwhitt Road is a dedicated cheese bar in Singapore. Raclette over baby potatoes is $15, the signature truffle brie and baked camembert are $28 each, and the Cheesemonger's Choice board for two is $38, before GST and service charge.
From the menu: Cheesemonger's Choice ($38), five changing cheeses with nuts and nougats, serves two. Signature Truffle Brie ($28) with leatherwood honeycomb. Honey Gorgonzola ($18) with honeycomb and walnuts.
Raclette ($15) melted over seasoned baby potatoes. Baked Camembert ($28) with garlic, rosemary and sourdough, which takes 20 minutes, so order it first. And Haebeehiam Burrata ($21), burrata with spicy dried shrimp sambal, the most Singapore thing on the list.
Raclette: the one to watch
Raclette is the Swiss cheese they melt under heat and scrape straight onto your plate. At Cheeselads it goes over potatoes, and their own photo shows it pulled over cured meats too.
