Ah Moi Thai Milk Tea was the winner at the Boon Lay pasar malam in November 2025, 8/10. The fried chicken and Ah Sheng Durian both got 7/10, and the ice cream marshmallow got 6/10. The market was at Boon Lay Shopping Centre beside the coffee shop, with a food fair from 1 to 16 November and a durian and retail fair to 30 November, per our post.
1. Ice Cream Marshmallow, 6/10. Ice cream with toasted marshmallow and a lot of sprinkles. Honestly a little disappointing for how good it looked.
2. Fried Chicken, 7/10. Pretty decent for $8 or $10, depending on size. No complaints for this.
3. Ah Moi Thai Milk Tea, 8/10. Can't go wrong with this, but it is super sweet. $4 for 700ml or $5 for a litre, per the stall board.
4. Ah Sheng Durian, 7/10. Finally, there is durian at a pasar malam. Opened in front of you and eaten standing up, which is the correct way.
It was a little smaller than usual, which we said in the caption, but still pretty decent. Boon Lay Shopping Centre is next to Boon Lay MRT, so it was an easy stop.
Thai milk tea also sits in B-tier on our pasar malam food tier list. A good one is a good one, and this was a good one. For more ratings from the same month, see Simei.
ยท Get the 700ml Thai tea unless you are sharing. A litre of that sweetness is a lot.
ยท The durian was the one thing you could not get at most pasar malams that season, so that is the reason to go if it returns.
ยท Ask for the durian to be opened in front of you, that is how this stall did it.
