UNIQLO NEX Closure 2026: Collect Online Orders by 9 November
UNIQLO NEX will close temporarily from 10 to 19 November 2026 and reopen on 20 November. If an online order is waiting there, collect it by 9 November: uncollected parcels will be returned for a refund from 10 November.
What to do if you have an order waiting
Click & Collect and ORDER & PICK at NEX have been suspended since 26 October. The deadline concerns online orders already awaiting collection.

Alterations and returns have different arrangements
- Altered pants still at NEX: UNIQLO says collection can be made after the store reopens.
- Exchanges and refunds: purchases made at NEX can be taken to a nearby UNIQLO store during the closure.
