Cook & Brew Festive Lunch 2026: $68++ From 23 Nov
Cook & Brew at The Westin Singapore will serve a $68++ festive lunch from 23 November 2026 to 1 January 2027, Mondays to Fridays, 11.30am–2.30pm. The menu includes a starter choice, a main choice and Christmas bread pudding.
What can you choose?
- Starters: seafood cocktail, chestnut-stuffed chicken or watermelon carpaccio.
- Mains: Norwegian salmon, Angus ribeye or mushroom-and-truffle pithivier.
- Dessert: bread pudding with dates, cranberries, vanilla gelato and zero-proof eggnog.

Vegetarian choices and extras
The restaurant marks the watermelon starter and pithivier as vegetarian. That does not make the full meal vegan: the dessert is marked as containing dairy and gluten.
Side dishes cost $10 extra each before service charge and taxes; coffee or tea is $5++, and house wine is $8++. Keep those separate when comparing the headline lunch price.
