Thanying x Snowcology: $168++ Dinner on 27–28 November
Thanying at Amara Singapore is hosting A Gust of Snow on 27 and 28 November. The four-hands dinner pairs Head Chef Tamawat Itthipornwithool, known as Chef Gust, with Snowcology’s Chef Chia Wee Loon, or Chef Snow, at $168++ per person.
What makes this a separate menu?
The two chefs are creating a menu for these evenings, combining individual signatures with dishes developed together. Thanying’s usual set menus remain separate offerings; the $48++ signature set shown on its booking page is not the price of this collaboration.
