L’Amo x Belmond Singapore: Four-Hands Menu, 13–15 Nov
L’Amo Bistrò del Mare at METT Singapore is hosting a three-day collaboration with Il Pantaleone from Caruso, A Belmond Hotel, on Italy’s Amalfi Coast. It runs from 13 to 15 November, with a six-course menu at $188++ per person.
Two chefs, two ways to book
Executive Chef Armando Aristarco and Chef Daniele Sperindio present the collaboration around Italian coastal cooking, seasonal ingredients and seafood. A three-course lunch costs $98++ per person, offering a shorter option than the six-course meal.
