TCM Ice Cream at Synthesis Suntec: Flavours, Prices, What Is Left

The flavours we tried to pick between

Five of them made our post: Hawthorn Acai Berry, Soya Wheatgrass, Chrysanthemum Tea with Candied Ginseng, Soya Roselle and Red Date Longan. The launch was pitched as Singapore's first TCM ice cream, which is easy to believe once you see wheatgrass and candied ginseng in a cup.

Red Date Longan is the easy entry point. On paper it is the dessert soup your grandmother said was good for you, just frozen. If you are building a list, our ice cream uncle tier list is the opposite end of the price scale.

Can you still get it?

The restaurant itself is open daily, 11.30am to 2pm for lunch and 4pm to 10.30pm for dinner, with last orders at 1.30pm and 9.30pm. It sits behind a medical hall style shopfront at 3 Temasek Boulevard, #01-643, Suntec City East Wing Tower 4, beside Promenade MRT Exit C.

We could not find the takeaway scoops on any menu Synthesis publishes right now. What is there: Braised Nashi Pear with Red Date Longan Gelato, $18 on the current dinner menu. So the friendliest flavour survived, just plated with a braised pear. Call them on 9727 4649 before you go just for a cup.
