What STYXX is

A grill from the people behind Leila, per Time Out. Skewers, smoke and house-made bread, and very few plates. The food comes onto a table lined with paper, sauces go straight onto it, and you share. Their Instagram bio sums it up as no plates, no rules.

If that sounds familiar, Indonesian spot THREE. by Garamika did its own no-plates buffet the same season. Different food, same idea: eat off the table together.

What we told you to order

The 24 Hour Brined Chicken was our top pick. Brining for a full day is why it stays juicy off a hot grill. The Layered Kebab was our second must-order, and the King Oyster Mushrooms are the thing to order if someone at the table does not eat meat.

We called it one of the best grilled dishes we had ever had. That was November 2025. Menus move, so ask if these three are still on.

Hours and getting there

Monday to Saturday, 5pm to 11pm, closed Sunday, per its Instagram and Time Out. It is dinner only. Outram Park and Maxwell MRT are both about a five-minute walk. Book ahead on Friday and Saturday.
