New Year's Day 2027 is Friday 1 January, and One-Ninety at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore has priced its brunch at $168 an adult, 12pm to 3pm. For New Year's Eve on Thursday 31 December, the set dinners priced so far are a four-course menu at Madison's for $98++ ($88++ early bird) and an eight-course omakase at Nobu Singapore for $285.
One-Ninety, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, 190 Orchard Boulevard (Orchard Boulevard MRT). New Year's Day Brunch, Friday 1 January, 12pm to 3pm. $168 an adult, $84 for kids 5 to 12, before service charge and GST. Classic free-flow (prosecco, wine, beer, Aperol Spritz) is $55 more and premium free-flow with champagne is $85 more. The spread includes Prosciutto di Parma, foie gras pate and saffron burrata with Avruga caviar. There are balloon artists, magic and face painting for kids at One-Ninety that day. It is $60 less than the same restaurant's Christmas Day brunch.
15 Stamford, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, 15 Stamford Road (City Hall MRT). Not a brunch, but its festive set lunch runs to 1 January 2027: three courses for $58++, 12pm to 2.30pm, $10++ for a glass of wine. The festive set dinner also runs on 1 January: four courses $118++, five courses $128++. If your New Year's Day plan is a quiet lunch rather than a buffet, this is the cheapest hotel option we found.
Colony at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore lists a New Year's Day Champagne Brunch and a New Year's Day dinner on 1 January 2027, prepayment required, no price yet. New Year's Eve set dinners with prices
Madison's, Pullman Singapore Hill Street, 1 Hill Street (Fort Canning or Clarke Quay MRT). NYE Glamour and Midnight Dinner, 31 December, two seatings: 6pm to 8pm or 8pm to 10pm. $98++ a person, or $88++ for the first 20 guests, with a glass of prosecco. Four courses: torched goat cheese with fig-assam compote or a potato and romaine salad, seafood bouillabaisse or butternut squash soup, braised Angus beef cheek or chicken leg confit with truffle mash or a truffle mushroom risotto, then Madison's brulee puff with pandan custard. The 8pm seating finishes in time to get to the Bay for midnight.

Nobu Singapore, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. New Year's Eve Dinner Omakase, 31 December, 6pm to 9pm, $285 a person before service charge and GST. Eight courses with a welcome drink, including wagyu with nashi pear and chilli ponzu, sweet prawn tartare, king crab salad, black cod miso and A5 wagyu with aged balsamic.
Jiang-Nan Chun, same hotel, has a six-course festive Cantonese set at $238 before service charge and GST, from 15 December to 1 January, which covers both nights. Confirm availability when you book.
After dinner: the countdown
Four Seasons is running a Diamond Countdown at One-Ninety Bar on 31 December with a live DJ, a champagne tower lighting and a balloon drop at midnight. No price yet. Its bar also has festive cocktails at $26 each throughout December, such as a Gingerbread Old Fashioned with Glenfiddich 12.
