Minecraft Experience: Villager Rescue has made its Asia debut in Singapore, and it picked a fittingly blocky-green home: Green Canvas at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, 80 Mandai Lake Road. After runs in Dallas, London and Toronto, the immersive walk-through quest is here from 24 April to 13 September 2026. If there is a Minecraft kid in your house, you already know you are going.
This is a story-driven, roughly 55 minute quest rather than a museum-style exhibition. You move through eight themed Minecraft rooms with your group, exploring, crafting and working together to rescue a village under siege from a zombie attack. It is built to work for longtime players and total first-timers alike, which in practice means parents do not just stand at the back holding bags. Entry runs on allocated timeslots at 15 minute intervals, so the rooms never turn into a mosh pit.
Weekday tickets are $46 for adults and $40 for children. On weekends, public holidays and school holidays it is $51 for adults and $44 for children aged 3 to 12. Timeslots run from 11am to 7pm on weekdays and 10am to 8pm on weekends and holidays. Book through the official site at minecraftexperience.com/singapore, and book ahead for weekend slots since the school holiday windows fill fastest.
Green Canvas sits inside the Mandai Wildlife Reserve precinct at 80 Mandai Lake Road, so the zoo, Bird Paradise and River Wonders are all next door. The easiest public transport route is the Mandai Khatib Shuttle from Khatib MRT on the North South Line. If the kids still have energy to burn afterwards, Curiosity Cove, Singapore's biggest nature playground, is in the same precinct.
ยท Weekdays are $5 to $7 cheaper per ticket and noticeably quieter.
ยท It ends 13 September 2026, right after the school holidays. Do not leave it to the last weekend.
ยท Budget about an hour inside, plus Mandai travel time. The Khatib shuttle is the easy route.
