Eventful x Cheeselads Networking Event 2025: Who Was Featured

The featured guests on the poster

This poster went up on 17 October 2025, a week out. Three businesses, six people. Cheeselads, the cheese shop on Tyrwhitt Road that hosted us. Lau Wang Claypot, the claypot rice chain. And Repair.sg, the home repair company with the yellow vans.

The line at the bottom said it plainly: make new friends over cheese and wine. That was the whole idea for night one. Our follow-up post went into what each of these founders had built.

What the ticket included

Two glasses of red wine and one cheese tasting platter, per our post. The ticket was $48 a person, according to the details slide in our carousel. Sign-ups ran through Luma.

Our Luma page for it, now marked past, shows 24 people went out of the 25 seats.

Why we picked Cheeselads

It was a cheese shop with a room, which made it a better place to talk than a bar. Cheeselads later became the partner on Drop #001, the Mystery Cheese Box, so this night was also the start of that.

How the night itself went is in our recap.
