What the merch was

Hello Kitty got a cocoa makeover for this one: tan fur, heart-shaped sunglasses and a little black dress with pearls. The line-up was a Snuggle Snap plush hair clip, a Cuddle Sling face bag on a chain, a Plushie Charm of the dressed-up Kitty and Mini Charms. The drinks came in festive Hello Kitty cups and a matching carrier bag.

We have followed CHAGEE for a while now, from the PLQ outlet opening to the 2026 matcha series. This was the one where the merch was clearly the reason people queued.

How the deals worked

From 12 December, two large Cocoa Oolong Milk Teas got you a free Snuggle Snap. A large Cocoa Oolong Milk Tea with the Cuddle Sling was $21.20. From 19 December, two large drinks plus a Plushie Charm were $21.40, and CHAGEE app users could get a Mini Charm through a voucher bundle.

There was also a CHAGEE loves Hello Kitty pop-up in front of Mandarin Gallery on Orchard Road from 13 to 22 December 2025, with a stamp trail for rewards.

Can you still get it

No. It was a limited holiday run at participating outlets and both the drink and the merch are gone from the menu. CHAGEE does character collabs fairly often, so their app is where the next one shows up first.
