Burnt Cones is selling single scoops for $1 at its new Paragon outlet from 11 to 14 August 2026, 2pm to 8pm daily, capped at 1000 scoops a day. The shop is at #B1-15, 290 Orchard Road, in the Paragon basement opposite Cold Storage.
One dollar buys one single scoop, and that is the whole offer. A Signature single scoop is normally $6 at Burnt Cones, so this is the cheapest their gelato has ever been on Orchard Road.
The cap is 1000 scoops a day and the poster says while stocks last, so the daily count is the real limit, not the closing time. One thing it does not spell out: their caramelised burnt cone normally costs $1 on top of the scoop. Bring a bit more than a coin if you want the cone rather than a cup.
If you are stacking cheap dessert runs this month, we also wrote up Yo-Chi's new pandan froyo and the rest of what is on in Singapore this August.
The address is 290 Orchard Road, Paragon Shopping Centre, #B1-15. Burnt Cones says it sits directly opposite Cold Storage, which is the fastest way to spot it, because the Paragon basement is a loop and easy to walk straight past.
Nearest MRT is Orchard, on the North South and Thomson East Coast lines. Come up from the station and stay on B1. You are already on the right level.
Outside the promo the outlet runs 11am to 10pm daily. Paragon itself opens at 10am.
Six hours, 1000 scoops. That is under three scoops a minute, which sounds comfortable until you remember this is Orchard Road at 6pm.
Tuesday and Wednesday from 2pm are the quiet windows. Thursday and Friday evenings are when the office crowd and the after-school crowd land together, and that is when the daily count actually runs out.
Worth knowing: Burnt Cones runs a $1 opening promo at basically every new shop. VivoCity got one from 1 to 8 February, and the 24-hour IOI Central Boulevard store got one from 16 to 20 March. Miss this one and another will come around, so it is not worth an hour in line.
The brand started in 2020, run by two school friends who trained at Carpigiani in Italy. The name comes from the cones, which they caramelise themselves until they taste toasted instead of plain.
The current line-up is Pistacchio, 85% dark chocolate, maple pecan, strawberry sorbet, mango passion and ube. There is also an Ondeh Ondeh collaboration with PlayMade: pandan gelato, gula melaka, toasted coconut.
Normal pricing is around $6 for a Signature single scoop and $9 for a Premium double, plus $1 for the burnt cone and $6 to put it on buttermilk waffles. That gap is why the $1 days draw a queue.
· Go at 2pm on Tuesday or Wednesday. The daily 1000 will not survive a Friday evening.
· It is B1, opposite Cold Storage. From Orchard MRT you are already on the right level, no need to go up.
· Bring more than a dollar. The caramelised cone is normally a $1 add-on and the poster does not say it is included.
· Strawberry sorbet is the dairy-free option if someone in your group cannot do gelato.

Burnt Cones has not published a per-person limit. The only cap they have stated is 1000 scoops per day across the four days, and the offer runs while stocks last.
Burnt Cones has not said. The promo is advertised as a $1 single scoop, and the caramelised cone is normally a $1 add-on at their outlets, so budget for an extra dollar if you want it.
The current range is Pistacchio, 85% dark chocolate, maple pecan, strawberry sorbet, mango passion and ube, plus an Ondeh Ondeh collaboration flavour with PlayMade. Flavour availability on a $1 day depends on what is left in the cabinet.
A Signature single scoop goes back to around $6. Burnt Cones runs a $1 opening promo at most new outlets, so the next one usually turns up within a few months.
