KANTIN is the only Bornean cuisine in Singapore and has won multiple awards since it opened in 2023. They are known for serving unique flavours and Sarawakian hospitality. The more notable ones are a "Singapore's Best Restaurant" nomination by the World Culinary Awards 2026 and "Best Dining Experience" by Jewel Changi Airport in 2025.
The room is built like a longhouse: thatched umbrellas under the Jewel canopy, a carved tribal mask over the charcoal, food served on banana leaf. Order the Sarawak laksa, the Headhunter Pansuh Set cooked in bamboo, or the Headhunter Feast Platter if there are three to five of you.
