Thailand Flavourscape Buffet 2026: Prices and Dates at Grand Copthorne
The Thailand Flavourscape buffet is back at Food Capital, Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel at 392 Havelock Road, and it runs until 10 August 2026. Weekday lunch starts from $68++ an adult, and this year the hotel has flown in two guest chefs from Thailand, including a MasterChef UK finalist.
How much the buffet costs
Lunch runs Monday to Saturday, 12pm to 2.30pm: $68++ per adult and $34++ per child on weekdays, $72++ and $36++ on Saturday. There is no Thai lunch sitting on Sundays. Dinner runs daily from 6pm to 10pm and the price moves with the day: $90++ on Monday and Tuesday, $98++ Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, and $108++ on Friday and Saturday, with children at roughly half. Kids aged five and below eat free. The ++ means service charge and GST stack on top, so a Saturday dinner for two lands well past $250.
Who is cooking
This is a six-hands collaboration. Chef Nawamin "Boss" Pinpathomrat, a MasterChef UK finalist who runs the REALM restaurants in Bangkok and Songkhla, cooks alongside Chef Witoon Kamonphun of M Social Hotel Phuket and Grand Copthorne's own executive chef David Toh. That is a stronger bench than most hotel buffet promos manage, and it shows in the menu.
What to eat
The dishes worth planning your plates around: tom yum fried rice with grilled river prawn, Phuket-style braised pork belly, deep-fried seabass with pineapple chilli sauce, the Andaman seafood curry, and the Grand Tom Yum Goong.
