Singapore Regatta Waterfest 2026: Dragon Boat Races and a $45 Night Paddle
Singapore Regatta Waterfest brings dragon boat racing to Kallang Basin on 14 and 15 November 2026. If you would rather paddle than watch, the separate Neon Night Paddle runs on 14 November from 6pm to 9pm and costs $45.

Two ways to join the weekend
The Singapore Dragon Boat Association lists the races for 14 and 15 November at the Water Sports Centre, The Kallang. The waterfront programme also includes games and family activities. Race registration closed on 19 October, so this is a date for watching the crews rather than signing up a last-minute racing team.
The Kallang's broader festival listing covers 13 to 15 November. For the races themselves, follow the association's 14-15 November dates. Detailed race schedules were still marked as coming soon when we checked.
The $45 Neon Night Paddle
The recreational paddle is on Saturday, 14 November, 6pm to 9pm. It starts at the Water Sports Centre and offers a chance to paddle after dark with the illuminated Marina skyline in view. No previous dragon boating experience is needed.
Participants must be at least 12 on the programme date and able to fit a personal flotation device. Registration costs $45 and closes on 14 November or when places fill, whichever comes first. The programme needs at least 12 participants to proceed.
Read the weather and refund terms first
The organiser says bad weather may change the timing or lead to cancellation, without postponement or a refund. Fees are otherwise non-refundable, except when the minimum participation requirement is not met. That is worth checking before booking a group.
Use the official links below for registration and the latest race timetable. Do not treat a festival listing as a guarantee that a particular activity still has places.
