The Great Christmas Village 2026 opens at Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza on Friday 13 November and at Shaw House Urban Plaza on Friday 20 November, and both run to Sunday 3 January 2027, 3pm to 10pm daily. Games and rides run on Kiztopia carnival credits: paying by Mastercard, S$35 gets you 35 credits and S$100 gets you 150, and the Mastercard Train costs 10 credits a ride.
Ngee Ann City Civic Plaza (Orchard or Somerset MRT): 13 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Daily 3pm to 10pm; Fridays and Saturdays in December 3pm to 10.30pm; 24 December 3pm to 1am.
Shaw House Urban Plaza (Orchard MRT): 20 November 2026 to 3 January 2027. Daily 3pm to 10pm; 18, 19, 25 and 26 December 3pm to 10.30pm; 24 December 3pm to 1am.
Ngee Ann City is the bigger one. It has the snowfall, the train and the food. Shaw House is game booths and photo spots, good if Ngee Ann City is packed.
Carnival credit prices and the Mastercard Train
Everything runs on a Kiztopia Christmas Village Carnival Card. The organiser lists these rates when you pay by Mastercard at either village:
New card: S$35 for 35 credits, S$50 for 70 credits, S$100 for 150 credits. Top-up: S$30 for 45 credits, S$50 for 75 credits, S$100 for 160 credits.
A Mastercard Train ride is worth 10 credits (S$10). Prices for other payment methods are not on the page, so ask at the booth. The S$50 card is the sweet spot: 70 credits for a family evening is plenty.

Tourists paying with an overseas-issued Mastercard get one free train ride with a S$50 purchase or top-up, and two with S$100, on showing a passport.
Snowfall times and what else is at Ngee Ann City
The snowfall is at the Hitachi Santa House, 8pm and 9pm daily. Get there 10 minutes early to stand close. On weekends there are also live performances at 7.30pm to 8.15pm and 8.45pm to 9.30pm.
Games include pinball, claw machines and a balloon shooting range, plus a LEGO workshop. The centrepiece this year is a Marvel Avengers Christmas Tree.
Food and drink: Birds of Paradise ice cream, Lapi Lapi, CHAGEE, ASA Brew and Bloop Balloons. The Grocer Bar by FairPrice Finest does cocktails, mocktails and savoury bites, and there are vending machines from Hale Smoothies, Rollney Ice Cream, Chef-in-Box and Flow Coffee. Good to know
· Snowfall is at 8pm and 9pm daily. Do the 9pm show on a weeknight for a smaller crowd.
· Pay by Mastercard: S$100 gets 150 credits on a new card, or 160 on a top-up.
· Open until 1am on Christmas Eve, the same night as the Orchard Road street party.
· Shaw House opens a week later, on 20 November.
