Christmas Day 2026 is Friday 25 December, and four Singapore hotels have priced their brunch: $108++ for the first 20 guests at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, $168++ at The Capitol Kempinski's 15 Stamford, $198 at Nobu Singapore and $228 at One-Ninety in Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. Champagne is an add-on or a separate tier at all four.
All four run on Friday 25 December 2026. Four Seasons lists prices before service charge and GST; the other two write ++, which means the same thing. Add about 19.9% to every number below.
Pullman Singapore Hill Street, 1 Hill Street (Fort Canning or Clarke Quay MRT). The Pullman Express Christmas Day Mega Brunch, 12pm to 3pm, across two restaurants, Madison's and MOGA, and you can walk between them. $128++ an adult, or $108++ for the first 20 guests. Kids 4 to 12 are $64++ and 3 and under eat free. Madison's has Boston lobster, oysters, roast turkey, Black Angus tomahawk and gammon ham; MOGA does sashimi, unagi and a turkey udon in dashi. Free-flow Taittinger, prosecco, wine and beer is $68++ for two hours. Every booking also gets a HYSSES scent set worth $74.90. Full prepayment, refundable up to five days before.
15 Stamford, The Capitol Kempinski Hotel Singapore, 15 Stamford Road (City Hall MRT). Christmas Day brunch, 12.30pm to 3.30pm. $168++ an adult, $69++ a child. With free-flow wine, beer and cocktails it is $208++; the Champagne Brunch with free-flow Taittinger Brut Reserve is $228++. Oysters, Boston lobster and sashimi on ice, whole roast turkey, Wagyu rump cap, and a build-your-own seafood platter grilled to order with sambal or mentaiko hollandaise. The PB&J Christmas wreath cake is the dessert we would save room for.

Four Seasons: One-Ninety and Nobu
One-Ninety, Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, 190 Orchard Boulevard (Orchard Boulevard MRT). Christmas Day Brunch, 12pm to 3pm, $228 an adult and $114 for kids 5 to 12, before service charge and GST. Classic free-flow (prosecco, wine, beer, Aperol Spritz) is $55 more; premium free-flow with champagne is $85 more, so the top price is $313 a head before taxes. The seafood station has Boston lobster, spiny lobster and snow crab, the carving station a beef tomahawk and a tom turkey with chestnut stuffing, and there are 15 cheeses. Four Seasons runs carolling and a Santa meet-and-greet on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and kids' activities at One-Ninety on 25 December. The priciest brunch here, and the one with the longest dessert list.
Nobu Singapore, same hotel. Festive Brunch on 25 and 26 December, 12pm to 2.30pm, $198 an adult and $99 for kids 5 to 12, before service charge and GST. It is semi-buffet: hot dishes come to the table and the cold and dessert stations are unlimited. Drinks packages are $38 (non-alcoholic), $58 (prosecco, wine, beer) or $98 (champagne, sake, cocktails), and the whole table has to take the same package. If the 25th is booked out, Boxing Day is the same deal.

Colony, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, 7 Raffles Avenue (Promenade MRT), lists a Christmas Eve Champagne Brunch on 24 December and a Christmas Day Champagne Brunch on 25 December. Prepayment is required. No price on its site as of 30 October.

· Christmas Day is a Friday, so 25 to 27 December is a long weekend. Nobu repeats its brunch on Saturday 26 December.
