
Amongst all the great advice they gave, these are the top 3 that stuck with me.
1. A lot of the times, you tend to blame others for the mistakes that your employees make, but more often than not, you could’ve stopped it. It is on you to solve problems, not complain about them.
2. As humans, we have a tendency to strive for perfection and care about the small details. But as long as you’re 70% there, just do it.
3. Every decision made should have the vision to 10x the business. It’s important to keep that in mind with finite resources and to maximize every part of it.
